We take great care to ensure your plants arrive healthy and ready to thrive. If something goes wrong, we’re here to help make it right.
Live Plant Sales
All live plant purchases are final sale. Because plants are perishable and unique, we cannot accept physical returns once they’ve been delivered.
Damaged or Unhealthy Plants
If your plant arrives damaged or in poor condition, please email us at Shadesgrovestore@gmail.com within 14 days of delivery.
To submit a claim, you must provide:

A photo of the damaged or unhealthy plant

Your original order receipt
These are required for any refund consideration. Once your claim and documentation are reviewed, and if approved, you’ll receive a full refund to your original payment method. There’s no need to send the plant back—you’re welcome to keep or compost it as you wish.
Please note:
Even with a photo and receipt, we reserve the right to deny refund requests due to the final sale nature of live plants.
Non-Plant Items
If a non-plant item such as a pot, accessory, or décor piece arrives damaged, please email us within 14 days of delivery at Shadesgrovestore@gmail.com with:

Your original order receipt
Once reviewed and approved, you’ll receive a full refund, and you may keep the damaged product—no return shipment is required.
