Shipping Policy – Shades Grove

At Shades Grove, we work hard to ensure your new plants arrive healthy, happy, and ready to brighten your home. Once your order has been placed and payment has been received, your plants will be carefully packaged and shipped out. Most orders arrive at your doorstep within 2 weeks.

Cold-Weather Shipping

If your shipping address is located in an area where the average temperature is below 45°F, we strongly recommend adding a shipping heat pack to your order. This helps protect your plants from cold damage during transit and increases the chances of a safe, healthy arrival.
